Our flame retardant cable ties are designed for electrical cabinets, new energy equipment, automotive wire harnesses, fire protection systems, rail transit wiring, and home appliance assembly where flame resistance, insulation performance, and stable cable fastening are required. Made from PA66 nylon with flame retardant additive, these cable ties offer strong tensile performance, good rigidity, reliable insulation, and self-locking fastening for wire bundling applications with higher safety requirements. Compared with ordinary nylon cable ties, flame retardant cable ties are more suitable for environments where cable ties may be close to electrical components, power distribution systems, control panels, or equipment that requires better fire safety control. The key advantage of these flame retardant cable ties is the V-0 flame retardant performance. After ignition, the material has a certain self-extinguishing ability; when the flame source is removed, the material can stop burning within about 10 seconds, helping prevent fire from spreading. In the V-0 test requirement, the product should not continue burning, and dripping material should not ignite cotton placed 12 inches, or 30.48cm, below. The white or milky white body makes the product clean and suitable for electrical installation, while the thickened locking head and clear self-locking teeth help keep cables firmly bundled after tightening. We test cable tie tensile strength during production, packaging, and before shipment. For flame retardant cable ties, we pay close attention to locking head molding, strap flexibility, tooth clarity, tensile strength, surface finish, color consistency, and whether the tie body has burrs, cracks, deformation, or weak locking points.
Our factory is equipped with tensile testing equipment, moisture content testing equipment, high-low temperature testing equipment, anti-aging testing equipment, and UV testing equipment.
